 b. Dues shall be set by the Board of Directors and approved by the majority of ਀洀攀洀戀攀爀猀 戀礀 愀 瘀漀琀攀 愀琀 愀 爀攀最甀氀愀爀 洀攀攀琀椀渀最⸀㰀戀爀㸀㰀戀爀㸀 

 c. Family Membership. The Capital City Seahawkers Fan Club shall feature a ਀䘀愀洀椀氀礀 䴀攀洀戀攀爀猀栀椀瀀 倀氀愀渀 眀栀攀爀攀戀礀 琀栀攀 瀀爀椀渀挀椀瀀愀氀 昀愀洀椀氀礀 洀攀洀戀攀爀 猀栀愀氀氀 瀀愀礀 琀栀攀 戀愀猀椀挀  
membership and each additional immediate family member shall pay a sum of $10.00 ਀眀栀椀挀栀 眀椀氀氀 爀攀瀀爀攀猀攀渀琀 琀栀攀 戀愀猀椀挀 愀渀渀甀愀氀 洀攀洀戀攀爀猀栀椀瀀 昀攀攀⸀ 䤀洀洀攀搀椀愀琀攀 昀愀洀椀氀礀 洀攀洀戀攀爀猀  

Membership group will be entitled to vote on all matters before the membership.<br><br>਀ 

e. Single Membership. A Single Membership Plan is available to single members of ਀琀栀攀 䌀氀甀戀⸀ 吀栀攀 挀漀猀琀 漀昀 琀栀椀猀 洀攀洀戀攀爀猀栀椀瀀 椀猀 攀猀琀愀戀氀椀猀栀攀搀 愀琀 琀栀攀 戀愀猀椀挀 昀攀攀 愀猀  
approved by the Board of Directors.<br><br>਀ 

 <b><u>Section 5:</u></b><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Any Director may be removed from ਀ 漀昀昀椀挀攀 戀礀 愀 洀愀樀漀爀椀琀礀 瘀漀琀攀 漀昀 琀栀攀 洀攀洀戀攀爀猀栀椀瀀 漀昀 琀栀攀 䌀氀甀戀 瀀爀攀猀攀渀琀 愀琀 愀 爀攀最甀氀愀爀 漀爀  
 special meeting. Notice of the proposed removal of a Director must be given to ਀ 猀甀挀栀 䐀椀爀攀挀琀漀爀 愀渀搀 琀漀 琀栀攀 䈀漀愀爀搀 椀渀 眀爀椀琀椀渀最 瀀爀椀漀爀 琀漀 琀栀攀 搀愀琀攀 漀昀 琀栀攀 洀攀攀琀椀渀最 愀琀  

 remaining term of the Director whose position has become vacant.<br><br>਀ 
 <b><u>Section 8:</u></b><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Within sixty days from their ਀ 攀氀攀挀琀椀漀渀Ⰰ 琀栀攀 洀攀洀戀攀爀猀 漀昀 琀栀攀 䈀漀愀爀搀 漀昀 䐀椀爀攀挀琀漀爀猀 猀栀愀氀氀 攀氀攀挀琀 昀爀漀洀 琀栀攀椀爀 渀甀洀戀攀爀  

 shall be deemed necessary and perform other duties usually inherent in such ਀ 漀昀昀椀挀攀⸀㰀戀爀㸀㰀戀爀㸀 
